TIP & FERRULE / ILLUSTRATIVE DETAIL
What makes Outlaw cues distinctive?
Western and tattoo-style motifs, visible wood grain and stacked leather wraps define many Outlaw designs. The OL14, OL29, OL42 and OL52 show four different combinations.
How do the four models differ?
The OL14 has cherry red maple and black leather. The OL29 and OL42 use brown maple and two-tone brown leather, with different artwork. The OL52 pairs ash-grain artwork with a black leather wrap.
Which weight should be selected?
Start with a cue weight that already feels comfortable. The linked variants are 21 oz for OL14 and OL29, 18 oz for OL42, and 19 oz for OL52; listings may offer other weights.
Will a replacement shaft fit?
Match the exact joint, pin and collar dimensions. The OL14, OL29 and OL52 listings specify a piloted 5/16 × 18 joint. Confirm compatibility for the particular cue and replacement shaft before ordering.
Are these break cues?
These four are playing cues with layered leather tips. Outlaw also has dedicated break models; choose the product built for the intended role.
Does the cue include a case?
Do not assume that a case is included. Check the contents of the chosen listing and select a case that accommodates the cue’s separated butt and shaft.
